  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across Pakistan.

  • International shipping may be available in the future and will be updated on our website if applicable.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your city and courier service.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to pay the full amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

8. Refused or Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  • Valid claims will be resolved through replacement or other suitable solutions.
