Supreme Organics

At Supreme Organics, we believe in honesty, fairness, and customer satisfaction, in line with Islamic principles (Sunnah). Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels confident and comfortable when purchasing Zubila Hair Oil.


1. Easy Returns Policy

We offer an easy return and refund process to maintain transparency and trust with our customers.

You are eligible for a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, simply contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.


3. Refund Policy (Sunnah-Based Fairness)

In accordance with Islamic teachings of fairness and mutual consent:

  • If the issue is verified, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed without unnecessary delays.

  • Refunds are made via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

    • Or another mutually agreed method

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after approval.


4. No Questions Asked (Special Case)

If you are not satisfied with the product and it remains unused and sealed, you may request a return within the allowed timeframe — no unnecessary questions asked.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Damage occurred due to misuse or mishandling by the customer


6. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.


7. Refused or Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders refused without valid reason or repeatedly unclaimed may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Supreme Organics reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in such cases.
